We could not fulfill our mission without the assistance of many dedicated volunteers. Your time and energy can change the outcome of someone’s story.

Current volunteer opportunities:

Please note: Volunteer opportunities involving client contact require a state-mandated 40-hour training (see our Events page for the dates of the next training). This in-depth training covers the dynamics of domestic violence, teaches crisis counseling skills, and introduces the new volunteer to Stand Strong. Upon completion of the training, volunteers receive state certification as a Domestic Violence Peer Counselor.
